got my fourth two weeks ago today.
thinking about how much more the tattoo means to me than the image.
the one that is most visible looks like a fer-real symbol, so i am frequently asked what it means. http://manycircles.deviantart.com/art/circle-spiral-12965516
really, its just a doodle. but it says a lot more than that about what was going on in my head when i got it--why i was driven to get a tattoo right there, that day.
this time too, the act of violating my body, the location of the mark, is much more significant than the picture i chose to symbolize those things.
